The Bridge Biography Elves (my Wife & I) matted this card with a cardinal red mat and finished it with a light copper colored faux wood frame.
A cherubic young girl, with help from her bonnet and warm cotton muff, brave a Christmas snowstorm. Inside: May your Christmas be merry and cheery and gay! May its joys all continue for many a day!
About Our Dating Procedure: Each one of the cards in The American Christmas Collection is a vintage original and was produced during the middle of the 20th Century - none are reproductions. The year we have assigned to each card is made only after analyzing a series of clues which include: the material the card is made from, the intensity of the color of the card, the picture on the card, the nature of the text printed inside the card, the design of the card, the fold of the card, the content of the message written by the sender, the process used to print the card, the card's publisher, the card's artist and, finally, dates written on the card by the sender or printed by the manufacturer. Despite our very best efforts, this is not an exact science and the cards may be a few years older or a few years newer than the date assigned by our historians.
