CONTEST GUIDELINES

-Entries must be received no later than December 18, 2007 at 11:59pm(EST)

-Entries must be 500 words or less

-Entries will be judged based on creativity, novelty, historical accuracy and apparent effort

-Entries must be the original work of the entrant

-Entries must include the following information: 1)first name, 2)town and state, 3)age, 4) phone number and 5)email address

-Children under the age of 18 are encouraged to enter, but must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian.

PRIZE

THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A DREAM AMERICAN HOLIDAY DINNER. The grand prize will come in the form of a two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) gift certificate to the food store or restaurant of the winner's choice.

A second prize of a $100 gift certificate to a food store or restaurant of the second place winner's choice will be added if we receive over 150 compliant entries from over 150 different entrants.

CONTEST RULES

By submitting an entry to the American Christmas contest sponsored by Bridge Biography, LLC either through electronic mail or the USPS, you ("The Participant") agree to be bound by all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in the Contest Rules herein. My submitting an entry, the participant further certifies that he or she understands all contest rules. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING CONTEST RULES MUST BE CLARIFIED PRIOR TO ENTRY by contacting us at Contest@TheAmericanChristmas.com

1. The Participant will submit an entry form which includes a) the name of an American historical figure and b) the reason they chose that person. In addition, the entry must include i) the participant's first name (last name will be required if participant is chosen as winner), ii) age iii)email address, iv) telephone number, v)state and town (street address will be required if participant is chosen as winner). Any entries that do not contain all of this information are subject to disqualification.

2. Entries may be submitted by email to Contest@TheAmericanChristmas.com. Bridge Biography, LLC is not responsible and will be held harmless for any entries that do not reach Bridge Biography, LLC for any reason whatever.

3. Purchase is not necessary for entry. Purchase, if made, will not improve odds of winning contest.

4. The winner of the contest will be decided at the sole discretion of Bridge Biography, LLC. All decisions are final, and will not be subject to appeal. The sole judge of the submissions will be Matthew R. Litt.

5. The participant is invited to submit multiple entries ONLY IF each entry is e-mailed separately and the American historical figure is different in each submission. If the participant submits the same American historical figure on more than one entry, each subsequent submission will supercede the previous entry.

6. All prizes must be accepted by the winner as awarded. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for other prizes. Prize will come in the form of a Two-Hundred and Fifty Dollar ($250.00) gift certificate to the winner's choice of EITHER the supermarket of their choice or the restaurant of their choice.

7. All prizes will be presented via US mail or Federal Express to the winner's physical street address.

8. Inability of winners to accept the prizes will result in forfeiture. Prizes require winner to be 18 years of age or older, or have signed permission of parent or legal guardian to accept the prize.

9. Employees of Bridge Biography and immediate families are not eligible to enter or win contest.

10. Winners must use their true, legal name when playing contest and/or claiming prize, and may not win any contest under an assumed name. Winner will be disqualified and prize(s) forfeited if they are found to be using an assumed name or alias.

11. The Participant agrees, by participating in the contest, that he/she has entered the contest at their own risk and agrees to indemnify and hold forever harmless Bridge Biography, LLC, its staff, promotional agencies, agents, assigns or any of their staff responsible for injuries, accidents, misfortunes or causes of action arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the contest and/or acceptance and use of the prize.

12. Winner permits Bridge Biography, LLC to use their name without prior notice or compensation for promotional purposes in connection with the contest in mediums of all forms including television or radio broadcast, web cast, internet or print media.

13. The participant guarantees that the work submitted is the original work of the participant, and that the participant has the exclusive right to authorize its use and reproduction.

14. The participant agrees to allow Bridge Biography to reproduce or publicize their submission in mediums of all forms including television or radio broadcast, web cast, internet or print media in any manner deemed appropriate by Bridge Biography.

15. Any and all disputes, conflicts, interpretations, questions or concerns regarding rules, contests and/or their associated prizes will be determined by Bridge Biography in its sole discretion and whose decisions are final.

16. The contest and prize are subject to all Federal, State and local regulations and laws; CONTEST IS VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

17. Contest is open only to citizens of the United States.

18. By participating in this contest, you allow us to publish your first name, city and state and entry on the winners board.

19. Bridge Biography reserves the right to cancel the contest in the event that fewer than 50 entries are received by December 15, 2007. In this event, all submissions will be voided and no prize will be awarded.

20. All entries must be received by 11:59PM(EST)on December 18, 2007. Winner will be announced on or before December 21, 2007. Winner will be notified by email and/or telpehone.

21. Bridge Biography, LLC reserves the right to amend these contest rules and regulations at any time within its exclusive discretion and for any reason.
